I am writing to record a note of appreciation for the good service given by Faimie and Brenda and Jennifer to my father while under their care. I appreciate the gentleness your young ladies exhibited when dealing with my father and me. They were also so patient to explain in detail my concerns. They were so friendly and reassuring that I sometimes forgot the reason why. my father was admitted.

It was a wonderful experience because of the good service they gave my father. At times I felt like I was in a hotel rather than a hospital. Would also like to thank the floor staff for taking care of my father. They were professional, caring, kind and patient. There is nothing better for a family to know that they can go home knowing their loved ones are in the best hands possible. Well done and keep up the good performance!

My family and I just want to take the time to thank the administration and everyone that has to do with the well being of my son and making him feel comfortable in a home away from home. Thank you for taking the challenge of caring for a Huntington’s Disease patient. God bless your work. It takes special people to understand and care for Huntington’s patients since it is not a well known disease. 

Hector is confident and goes above and beyond in making Dale feel comfortable and safe. Charlese always shows such a happy caring manner which puts anyone in a good mood. Fehona is a hard worker, always moving around and is always ready to give a helping hand. Jackie does a great job as a supervisor on weekends. Nina, Jennifer and Rosa are professional, hard working, patient and caring and go out of their way to make sure he has taken his meds and is comfortable. They have done a great job in calming him down and letting him know they are there to help them.
